Religious Studies and Anthropology at UW Oshkosh

Religious Studies and Anthropology are complementary approaches to the study of diversity and culture. While religious studies students usually study religious traditions around the world and anthropologists study humanity using complex chronological and geographic multiplicity. Anthropology introduces students to the variety and complexity of contemporary and past human societies and cultures while Religious Studies allows students to further investigate said societies and cultures based on the religion practiced at that time.
